Women’s Best BCAA HONEST Review
hi guys welcome back to my channel so
today we’re gonna be doing a review of
the BCA you know icy peach flavor from
women’s best this is not sponsored of
course like they don’t know who I am the
reason why I wanted to come on here and
do a review was because a lot of the
reviews that I see online I mean a lot
of them are non sponsored but this is
the only product that I’ve tried from
them and yeah I just want to give you
guys a like a in-depth review I couldn’t
find the most in-depth review but I’m
hoping this will help you guys out if
you guys don’t know what BCA’s are
they’re just a supplement and it stands
for branched chain amino acids I’m gonna
pull up my phone just uh tell you guys
like a few more things about them so the
three amino acids that are in this is
leucine isoleucine and valine and
apparently these enhance stamina during
explosive exercises and may increase
mind muscle connection they allow for
increased protein synthesis which allows
for maximum muscle muscle muscle of
recovery and more muscle growth so the
reason why I decided to take these is
because while I was working out this was
during the summer in August
it’s January now I don’t know why I’m
out of breath anyway so during the
summer like when I was working out I
realized like I would get tired easily I
would get dehydrated and I just wanted
to know like why like well I don’t know
the reason but and I would drink water
and I would eat pretty healthy but I
would always be dehydrated and I
wouldn’t push myself to my workouts and
I just realized like it was just making
me upset because I couldn’t go further
in my workouts so I just I decided like
BCAAs would be good to try I have tried
pre-workout which does help but the one
that I have contains caffeine and it
kind of messed up my sleep schedule so I
don’t know was taken you have to build
up your endurance it’s just really like
and then you have to go off of it and
then you have to come back on yeah it
just messes with you a lot and then
protein but protein is like something to
take after or you could take before but
from what I know it’s very
take it after so I was like let me try
BCAAs and in the summer they were having
a sale like the most 20% off these are
usually I think $24.99 during like a
regular price and they have many other
flavors but I follow a lot of the
ambassadors or like the fitness like
girls who their ambassadors right there
they just like promote BCAAs from and
like other products from women’s best so
I’m like let me give it a try because I
actually like I look up to these Fitness
people so I gave it a try
and let me tell you guys when I started
taking this I started pushing myself I
don’t know if this was placebo effect I
don’t think it was but I definitely
started pushing myself more I started
working out a lot more so the habit that
I build a built of working out during
the summer has been pretty consistent
through now this has let me see this has
40 servings so 40 scoops it may look
small but you only need like one scoop
unless you build your endurance the
thing is the reason why it took me so
long to finish was because not always
consistent with my workouts but and like
I don’t always go so say on average I
workout twice a week sometimes more
every time I worked out with this it has
helped me like I just get so dehydrated
and fatigued when I workout I don’t know
why like even if I’m not pushing myself
I need because there was this one or two
times that I forgot to take this and my
workout was complete crap like like
honestly so if you’re one of those
people who are like me who get like you
can’t seem to push themselves who just
get tired really easily who get
dehydrated I do suggest getting BCA you
don’t have to get this one but I really
like this one I really like this flavor
it doesn’t taste bad tastes bad at all
however the aftertaste of it like the
smell in the shaker bottle is kind of
weird but whatever so I think for like
the last month
I’ve been taking one-and-a-half scoops
because I built my endurance so it took
me a while you know um this is kind of
expensive however I do think like I’ve
had it for like five six months now so
it works when you get it it’s kind of
it’ll be like half empty but I’m pretty
sure there was more than like forty
servings in this like they they’re not
lying to you about the servings I think
they just use a bigger container I don’t
know why yeah so that’s it I want to say
yeah I mean I definitely suggest getting
this if you’re facing some problems you
don’t need this to work out but it is
it’s good it really helped me I
definitely need to be CA every time I
work out now I’m actually gonna try a
different brand and then when this goes
on sale again I’ll try it again
they have sales here and there from what
I can see if you follow like all their
ambassadors like Chrissy chela Lisa fit
yes James fit who else do I follow that
Mariana I don’t know yeah but I follow a
lot of the people who like are sponsored
athletes by them so I can tell when
there is a sale cuz they usually like
let you know that’s what their job is
they have many other products you want
to try it out if you don’t need BCA’s if
you think you’re fine with just drinking
water during your workouts I don’t think
you need this like it’s not a necessity
for a lot of people but it is definitely
a necessity for me yeah so I’m gonna try
different brand for now and then I’ll
probably restock on this when it goes on
sale again and yeah that’s about it
hope you guys enjoyed this video you

The effective range of BCAA
Branched-Chain Amino Acids, which in the fitness community are usually just titled as BCAA, are the three amino acids that play one of the biggest roles in your body for everyday functions. They also have a strong influence on your training performance and results. Behind the so-called BCAA hide the three amino acids, leucine, isoleucine, and valine.
First of all, you need to understand what types of amino acids there are and how that function is from the BCAA. These three amino acids are leucine, isoleucine, and valine. are essential, that is, your body can not produce these themselves. Unlike, for example, the amino acids L-alanine, L-arginine or L-tyrosine, which the body can produce itself.
You should try eating these branched-chain amino acids (BCAA: leucine, isoleucine, and valine) through your daily intake of protein sources such as meat, milk, yogurt, legumes, and nuts. Of course, the different foods also differ in their amino acid density, some products have less protein, some have more, e.g. Milk or meat products.
BCAA play a huge role in muscle building and energy delivery. This means for you in plain language, that they can be enormously important in your training in terms of your performance and your regeneration.
Having enough BCAA can help you achieve your goals and improve your recovery. BCAA also ensures that your body has everything it needs to rebuild muscle and, for example, protect you from muscle loss on a diet.
Taking the pattern for the best effect
For most women, the goal is to build defined muscles and burn excess body fat. Of course, this is not done by taking BCAA, as it would by magic all by itself! But the combination of hard training, adequate exercise, and the supplemental supplementation of BCAA can help you reach your goal faster, as they have a positive impact on muscle growth and recovery.
Since your muscles are “hurt” during exercise, the body needs to repair you after training and begin a healing process that can be improved by adding BCAA.
Especially in professional bodybuilding and competitive sports, BCAA has been used for several years in the context of competition diets and stage competitions. The athletes try to use the benefits of muscle protection to lose as little or no muscle as possible during a long diet with an ever-increasing calorie deficit. Of course, these benefits can also be used by amateur athletes who want to keep their muscles and burn body fat during a short or fast diet as much as possible.
BCAA in natural foods:
- chicken breast
- tuna i.D.
- wild salmon
Side effects of BCAA
Most side effects of BCAA are found in very few people. However, some people suffer from bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea from taking BCAA. In the worst case, it can cause blood potassium levels to change in patients with liver or kidney disease. BCAA can also lower blood pressure, which in turn could be dangerous for some people
If you already have low blood pressure, please contact your doctor before supplementation.
Likewise, if you have recently had a heart attack or are suffering from diseases such as diabetes or asthma.
Why BCAA supplementation makes sense?
Taking into account all of the above benefits of BCAA, you can see how you do, of course, when you exercise regularly and make physical demands.
BCAA gives you a distinct advantage in terms of training and your improved recovery, and can thus provide you with a clear acceleration on the way to your target body.
What that means for you now in everyday life. You should try to consume sufficient amounts of BCAA during the day. Since this can be very difficult and expensive with natural foods, there is BCAA as a powder as well as a tablet form, which can significantly facilitate this work for you. Especially in a diet you can save so significant calories and still take advantage of the Branched-Chain Amino Acids.
BCAAs are available in different amino acid ratios, the most common being the ratio 2: 1: 1. (50% L-Leucine, 25% L-Isoleucine, 25% L-Valine) This special BCAA blend helps to improve your recovery and recovery to protect your muscles.
There are also BCAA products in a ratio of 4: 1: 1, or even 12: 1: 1, which should stimulate muscle growth even more and better.
Also, there are plenty of BCAA supplements that include the addition of B vitamins to help you stay healthy and support your natural energy production.
You should always be aware that dietary supplements can not replace a balanced and healthy diet. In particular phases of muscle building or diet, however, there is an increased need for BCAA that can no longer be fully met by a low-calorie diet.
In such a time BCAAs in powder and capsule form can then be a useful supplement to your normal diet. You can take BCAA throughout the day, or while exercising as an intra-workout drink.
