ready little bit but let’s start with
today today in the first video and today
is dinner time so we are making some
high protein video pasta half of this
basically made out of lentils chickpeas
and regular peas a hundred percent
plant-based we’re gonna be throwing in
some soy touch for TVP in there it’s
basically so it’s basically soya chunks
and yes it is soy but occasionally is
fine and we’re going to be using some
private collection roasted garlic sauce
now this is the only I guess the only
downside of this one it’s kind of Achor
I’m just sugar in there but it’s pasta
sauce over and we having this entire bag
of broccoli in there so I think and
lastly we’ll be heading into mushrooms
with garlic jalapeno peppers and onions
and when we finish when we finish
whipping this up I’ll post the macros of
one bolt on the bottom video and you
guys will see what this looks like just
to give you guys a clue right now what
I’m trying to do is try to pack out lean
size I’m not cutting I’m not really
necessarily dirty bulking either and try
not to be everything inside but this is
gonna be I guess what this series is

so per Bowl it is gonna be 23 protein 73
grams of carbs and 2.1 grams of fat so
pretty carb heavy meal but I mean trying
to gain weight right pack up some more
size and I’m not really in that mindset
of control restricting my diet this is
gonna vary per Bowl so if you guys want
to know what the whole pot has in there
whole pie is gonna be 92 protein 292
carb and then only eight point five
grams of fat so really low the fat
column so definitely a good meal for
y’all it’s a good vegetarian meal highly
recommend it and I promise you’ll be
full after you eat a couple bowls of
this and it’s a great meal to increase
your overall protein throughout the day
